Domaine Thillardon Chenas Vibrations 2023 is a lively, organically farmed Beaujolais red made entirely from Gamay. It blends fruit from young and old vines planted across several Chénas terroirs with granite and alluvial soils. Whole-cluster semi-carbonic fermentation and gentle aging in concrete and neutral oak preserve the wine’s bright fruit, freshness and mineral character. Vibrant and silky, it pairs beautifully with charcuterie, roast chicken, pork, grilled vegetables and soft cheeses.
