Domaine Sérol Champtoisé Chenin de Macération 2022 is a distinctive skin-contact white wine produced from Chenin Blanc grown on high-altitude granite soils in France’s Loire region. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts and extended ageing on fine lees give the wine a textured, expressive character. It offers ripe white-fruit and floral aromas, followed by citrus, pear, gentle buttery notes and a refreshing saline finish.
