Pascal’s conversion to bio-dynamic viticulture in 1997 along with his high-density planting and very low yields are part of what has transformed his Domaine into one of the leading sources of wine from this area.\n\nThis Roblet-Monnot wine is sourced from multiple parcels in the Hautes-Cotes. It's medium-bodied, balanced, and round, with a lite grip of tannin, fresh acidity, and great length on a mineral finish. The velvety palate provides ripe fruit flavors of raspberry, black cherry, and red plum as well as hints of flower, spice, and earth. Try with Veal Marsala. Bottled unfined & unfiltered.
