Domaine Jean Marc and Hugues Pavelot Savigny les Beaune Premier Cru La Dominode 2023 is an elegant and structured red Burgundy produced from Pinot Noir. Sourced from the highly regarded La Dominode Premier Cru vineyard, the wine displays aromas of blackberry, wild raspberry, briar, violet and white pepper. The medium-bodied palate offers vibrant acidity, fine tannins, subtle earthy minerality and a refined, persistent finish. It can be enjoyed after decanting but will develop greater complexity with several years of bottle ageing.
