Domaine Les Astrelles Gevrey Chambertin Craite Paille 2022 is a rare, single-vineyard red Burgundy produced from approximately 60-year-old Pinot Noir vines. Only around 570 bottles were produced. It offers delicate floral aromas, red cherry, raspberry and subtle earthy notes, supported by fine tannins and a gently rounded texture. The finish is long, fresh and slightly juicy, with layers of refined fruit that continue to develop. A few years of cellaring will allow this limited-production Gevrey-Chambertin to show greater complexity.
