Full-bodied, silky, very long one the palate.\nEstate holdings, just over an acre in grand cru ‘Vaudesir,’ sit in the vineyard’s main valley, facing full south. Vine age 30 years. Hand-harvested. Fermented on indigenous yeasts in French oak barrel. Aged on fine lees in barrel for 12 months.
