Faury Emporium Côte-Rôtie 2022 is a prestigious Northern Rhône red from the steep, south-facing slopes of the Fourvier lieu-dit. Produced primarily from Syrah with a small amount of Viognier, it displays a dark ruby color and an aromatic profile of blackberry, blackcurrant and elderberry complemented by jasmine, violet, pepper, smoke and mineral nuances. The wine is fermented in concrete vats with a significant proportion of whole clusters and matured for approximately 24–30 months in demi-muids, producing a structured yet elegant Côte-Rôtie with excellent aging potential.
