Description
An elegant Southern Rhône blend sourced from multiple parcels surrounding Domaine de Panisse in the La Janasse lieu-dit. Hand-harvested fruit is fully destemmed, fermented with native yeasts in concrete tanks and matured for 14 months in demi-muids and barrels.
Testing Note
Deep ruby red with aromas of strawberry, violet, licorice, cherry, cinnamon and dried rose. The structured yet airy palate delivers black fruit and kirsch flavors, silky tannins and a long, peppery, savory finish.
