The steep granite-influenced vineyards of Saint-Joseph contribute freshness, minerality and savory complexity. This Vieilles Vignes bottling combines dark berry fruit with violet, pepper, herbs and earthy notes in an elegant, structured style.
Testing Note
Aromas of blackberry, black cherry, blueberry and plum with violet, cracked black pepper, dried herbs, olive and subtle smoky mineral notes. The palate is fresh and structured with concentrated dark fruit, fine tannins, lively acidity and a long, peppery, savory finish.
