Domaine Chambeyron Cuvée Clara is a Northern Rhône Syrah from vineyards just outside the Côte-Rôtie appellation, classified as Collines Rhodaniennes. The Syrah comes from two parcels, including older vines near Chavaroche and vines on the windy Boucharey plateau. The wine is basket-pressed with partial stems, fermented in cement and matured for about 10 months in 400-liter barrels with roughly 15% new oak.
