Domaine Bousquet Gaia Red Blend 2017 is an organically produced Argentine red wine from the high-altitude vineyards of Tupungato in Mendoza’s Uco Valley. This rich blend combines Malbec, Syrah and a small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon, offering concentrated blackberry, plum and cassis aromas with notes of pepper, baking spice, cedar and licorice. The palate is full-bodied yet smooth, with ripe dark-fruit flavors, refreshing acidity, silky tannins and a lingering spiced finish. It pairs particularly well with grilled meats, steak, mature cheeses, mushroom dishes and dark chocolate.
