Denis Salomon Terre Amoureuse 2017 is a vintage Blanc de Noirs Champagne from the Vallée de la Marne. Crafted from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grown in Vandières, Verneuil and Venteuil, the wine is vinified in tank without intentional malolactic fermentation and receives light filtration. It spends approximately five years aging on the lees before disgorgement, producing a structured yet fresh Champagne with ripe-fruit character and fine bubbles.
