DAOU 1740 Reserve Red Blend Paso Robles 2023 750 ML (12 Bottles)
DAOU 1740 Reserve Red Blend is a premium Bordeaux-inspired red blend from Paso Robles, California. Named in honor of the year the DAOU family traces its heritage, this wine offers exceptional richness, structure, and elegance. It displays aromas of ripe blackberry, black cherry, cassis, mocha, cedar, vanilla, and baking spices. The palate is full-bodied with velvety tannins, balanced acidity, and a long, refined finish with notes of dark chocolate and toasted oak. It is an excellent pairing with grilled steaks, roasted lamb, braised short ribs, and aged cheeses.
