Dame Mas Extra Anejo Tequila is a long-aged 100% Blue Weber Agave tequila from Jalisco, Mexico, created around the house's signature Cognac-cask maturation style. Mature agaves are slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens, fermented and distilled twice in pot stills before the tequila is transferred to selected French white-oak barrels previously used for fine Cognac. The Extra Anejo expression is aged for five years, allowing deep barrel character to develop without losing the earthy sweetness of cooked agave. Its flavor profile is rich and layered, with mature agave, dried fruit, vanilla custard, hazelnut, polished oak and warm baking spice, followed by a gently smoky, lingering finish. Bottled at 40% ABV, it is built as a slow-sipping tequila with pronounced maturity, depth and a luxurious oak-driven texture.
