Craggy Range Gimblett Gravels Sophia 2019 750 ML
Craggy Range Sophia 2019 is a premium Bordeaux-style red blend from the Gimblett Gravels district of Hawke’s Bay. Crafted predominantly from Merlot with Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, it offers concentrated black cherry, blackberry, cassis and dark plum flavors, layered with graphite, cedar, violet, vanilla and warm spice. The palate is full-bodied and refined, with balanced acidity, fine gravelly tannins and a long, elegant finish. This structured wine is suitable for extended cellaring.
