Courvoisier cognac is a blend of several crus aged between three and seven years, composed principally of Fins Bois with a balancing hand of Petite Champagne. The fusion of younger and older cognacs gives Courvoisier a fruity, delicate taste and a bouquet filled with ripe fruit and spring flowers.A classic VSOP cognac, this is matured for between 8 and 12 years in a selection of Troncais and Limousin oak barrels. The Courvoisier brandy used in this bottling is sourced from the two premier regions of Cognac - the Grande Champagne and the Petite Champagne regions.
