A family winery for 8 generations, the Cornelio Dinastía is located in Rioja Alavesa, in the northern part of the Rioja wine region, where it owns about 30 hectares of vineyards. The company produces its organic wines of the Vega Vella line from vineyards that have been organically grown for over 30 years, with a south and south-west orientation. The vineyards benefit from a Mediterranean climate with influences from the Atlantic Ocean. The soil is fertile, of silt and clay, and yields are low.This is a Spanish red wine, produced in the Rioja region. It is made from 100% Graciano grapes and has a deep ruby color with violet reflections. The nose reveals aromas of red fruits, such as strawberries, raspberries, plums, as well as notes of spices, leather, and smoke. On the palate, it is full and complex, with well-balanced tannins and acidity. It tastes best served at 16-18°C.This wine is made in the traditional way, with grapes grown in organic conditions. It ages for 12 months in French oak barrels. This is a wine with a long aftertaste that is perfect for serving with red meat, game, or cheeses.
