Comando G Pena La Mora 1er Cru 2023 is an exceptional single-site Garnacha produced from approximately 75-year-old vines in Navatalgordo, within the Sierra de Gredos. The high-altitude vineyard’s granite, sand and quartz-rich soils produce a remarkably floral, precise and mineral-driven expression of Garnacha. Whole-cluster fermentation with indigenous yeasts and gentle maturation in large oak vessels preserve the purity of its fruit and distinctive terroir. This elegant red pairs beautifully with roast poultry, pork, veal, game birds and grilled vegetables.
