Cielo Arriba Malbec 2021 is an exceptional high-altitude Argentine red wine produced at Huichaira Vineyard in the Quebrada de Humahuaca, Jujuy, at approximately 2,700 meters (8,860 feet) above sea level. Crafted primarily from Malbec with small portions of Syrah and Cabernet Franc, the wine is aged in French oak before additional bottle maturation. The extreme altitude gives the 2021 vintage remarkable freshness, vibrant acidity, and concentrated fruit, with expressive aromas of blackberry, black cherry, plum, violet, mountain herbs, and subtle spice. Rich yet elegant, it offers silky tannins, mineral complexity, and a long, refined finish. It pairs beautifully with grilled steaks, lamb, roasted game, empanadas, and aged cheeses.
