Chateau Pavie 2021 is a prestigious Saint Emilion Grand Cru from Bordeaux, produced from 52% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc and 18% Cabernet Sauvignon. It is rich and structured, showing blackberry, plum, dark cherry, violet, graphite, cocoa and spice with polished tannins and a long mineral finish.
Testing Note
Blackberry, plum and dark cherry with violet, graphite, tobacco, cocoa, licorice and subtle spice. Dense and concentrated with refined tannins, fresh acidity and a long chalky finish.
