Description
Chateau Pavie 2021 is a prestigious Saint Emilion Grand Cru from Bordeaux, made from 52% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc and 18% Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine combines ripe dark fruit with floral, mineral and spice notes, framed by dense yet polished tannins and a long, energetic finish. The 2021 was aged in 75% new barrels and 25% second-fill barrels.

Blackberry, plum and dark cherry with red currant, violet, graphite, tobacco, chocolate and mineral notes. Dense and concentrated with refined tannins, lively freshness and a long chalky finish
