Chateau Haut Bailly 2020 is a distinguished Grand Cru Classé de Graves from Pessac-Léognan in Bordeaux. The vintage is powerful yet elegant, showing concentrated dark fruit, floral notes, graphite, spice, and earthy complexity. Fine-grained tannins and vibrant freshness give the wine excellent balance and long aging potential.
Testing Note
Deep purple-black in color with aromas of black cherry, violet, mulberry, boysenberry, redcurrant, star anise, earth, and subtle menthol. The palate is medium to full-bodied with velvety tannins, excellent freshness, layered red and black fruit, and a long, fragrant finish.
