Chateau des Quarts Pouilly Fuisse Clos des Quarts is a premium white Burgundy made entirely from Chardonnay. The wine comes from the historic Clos des Quarts monopole vineyard in Chaintré, at the southern end of the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation. It is rich yet precise, showing ripe orchard and stone-fruit flavors balanced by fresh acidity, limestone minerality and subtle oak. The vineyard’s clay-limestone soils contribute saline notes and a long, refined finish.
