Chateau des Jacques Moulin-a-Vent 2021 750 ML

This is a Cru Beaujolais assembled from eight unique climates within the Moulin-a-Vent appellation. Each site presents it's own version of pink granite and exposure, which influences the eventual wine. All fruit is manually harvested, rigorously sorted, fermented with natural yeasts, and aged in concrete vats and oak barrels for 10 months. The final assemblage expresses the complete symphony of the Moulin-A-Vent appellation.
