Chateau Carrion Family A2 Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 is a premium, single-vineyard red wine from the historic A2 Vineyard in Rutherford, Napa Valley. Produced from Cabernet Sauvignon clones 337 and 47.1 grown in gravelly loam soils, the wine underwent an eight-day cold soak, a 21-day primary fermentation and malolactic conversion in barrels. The exceptional 2023 growing season produced Cabernet with impressive depth, balanced ripeness, firm structure and excellent aging potential.
