Champagne Denis Salomon Histoire de Famille Brut is a grower Champagne from the Vallée de la Marne made entirely from Pinot Meunier. The current cuvée blends 75% base-vintage wine with 25% reserve wine from a perpetual solera, giving the Champagne both fresh fruit and added depth. It is vinified in stainless steel without intentionally encouraging malolactic fermentation and spends around 30 months aging on the lees.
