Champagne Brice Blanc de Noirs is an Extra Brut Grand Cru Champagne produced entirely from Pinot Noir grown in Bouzy, one of the Grand Cru villages of the Montagne de Reims. The current cuvée is vinified approximately 50% in stainless steel and 50% in oak barrels, with malolactic fermentation blocked to retain freshness. It combines the power and ripe-fruit character of Bouzy Pinot Noir with fine mineral precision and subtle oak complexity.
