Catherine Pierre Breton Franc De Pied 2023 is a rare Bourgueil produced from ungrafted, own-rooted Cabernet Franc vines planted in sandy soil. The organically and biodynamically farmed grapes undergo natural fermentation and three weeks of maceration without added sulfur. It is an expressive, youthful Loire red with pure fruit, delicate tannins and excellent freshness.
