Planted with Catena's proprietary pre-phylloxera Malbec selection, the vineyard's limestone-rich soils and high elevation produce a wine of remarkable concentration, elegance, and minerality. The wine undergoes wild yeast fermentation and is aged for 24 months in French oak barrels, followed by extended bottle aging before release.
