Produced by the Castro Candaz project of Raúl Pérez and Rodrigo Méndez, it is centered on Mencía from old vines planted on steep granite and slate-influenced sites. The wine is fermented with whole clusters and matured for about one year in 500-liter oak barrels, emphasizing freshness, minerality and finesse.
