Cascade Moon Edition No. 3 is a limited-edition 15-year-old American barrel-proof spirit produced at Cascade Hollow Distilling Co. in Tullahoma, Tennessee. Distilled from a mash of corn, rye, and malt, it was matured for 15 years in new charred American oak barrels. During its extended aging, the proof naturally dropped below the legal minimum required to be classified as whiskey, resulting in an unusually soft, mellow, and sophisticated aged spirit.
