TESTING NOTE

DESCRIPTION

The wine is aged in new French oak barriques for 18-20 months depending on the vintage. The amphorae help to promote this wines` great minerality, with a perfect blend of red fruit and spices on the nose. The velvety tannins are pleasantly balanced by its acidity to leave a lasting, well-structured finish.

TESTING NOTE

A beautifully aromatic single-varietal red with an excellent structure. We sort our Cabernet Franc grapes twice, first in the vineyard then at the sorting table, to make this wonderful wine.
