A thing of beauty with an iridescent garnet rim and bright ruby core. You’re met on first whiff with sour cherry, orange bitters, and a hint of chocolate powder. The palate continues with plum and tart raspberry, balanced with a spice-coated tannin frame. A slight bitterness in the finish for now, we expect it will all come together for a perfect drop from 2024. Pairs well with juicy lamb dish.
