Planted in 1902, the Longuicher Herrenberg vineyard is a higher section of un-grafted vines, grown on devonian slate soils with volcanic incusions which make the soil appear red.Brimming with orange blossom, melon and basil aromas this is a wonderfully light and charming Kabinett, in spite of the high acidity of this vintage. Excellent extract and vitality at the very precise, long finish with lovely tangerine character and minty freshness.
