Canadian Mist is a blended Canadian whisky produced by the Sazerac Company. It is made from a mash of rye from Ontario and Alberta, corn grown from within 100 miles of the distillery in Collingwood, Ontario, and malted barley. Canadian Mist is triple-distilled in a column still and aged for at least 36 months in used, charred oak barrels.\n \n Canadian Mist is a light-bodied whisky with a smooth, mellow flavor. It is known for its sweet notes of caramel, butterscotch, and vanilla, as well as its fruity and spicy notes.
