Crafted from mature Pinot Noir vines using biodynamic farming practices, this elegant wine offers vibrant aromas of black cherry, plum, wild berries, floral notes, spice, and subtle earthy minerality. The palate is silky and refined with fine tannins, lively acidity, and a long, complex finish. It pairs beautifully with duck, lamb, mushroom dishes, roasted poultry, and aged cheeses. This vintage has excellent aging potential of 10 years or more.
