Buglioni Il Bugiardo 2023 is a Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore DOC from estate vineyards in the Valpolicella Classico area. Made using the traditional Ripasso method, it offers ripe dark fruit, cherry and spice character with added richness, smooth texture and balanced structure. It pairs particularly well with grilled meats, rich pasta, risotto and aged cheeses.
Testing Note
Ripe cherry, blackberry and dark fruit aromas with notes of spice, herbs and subtle oak. Smooth and structured on the palate with concentrated fruit, balanced acidity and a lingering savory finish.
