Bruno Paillard Première Cuvée Rosé is an elegant multi-vintage Extra Brut Champagne made primarily from Pinot Noir with a small, undisclosed proportion of Chardonnay. Only first-press juice is used, while Pinot Noir is vinified as both white and red wine to create depth, freshness and its distinctive copper-pink color. The blend incorporates reserve wines from more than 25 vintages dating back to 1985.
