Bodegas Poniente Oloroso is a traditional dry fortified wine produced from 100% Palomino Fino grapes in Spain’s historic Jerez region. Matured through oxidative ageing, it develops a deep amber-to-mahogany appearance and a rich, concentrated character. Aromas of walnuts, toasted almonds, orange peel, toffee and subtle spice lead to a full-bodied palate with notes of baked apple, vanilla, roasted nuts and dried fruit. Its dry profile, smooth texture and exceptionally long finish make it an excellent pairing for grilled meats, mushroom dishes, aged cheeses and rich Spanish cuisine.
