Billecart Salmon Cuvée Elisabeth Salmon Rosé 2013 is a prestigious vintage rosé Champagne created in tribute to Elisabeth Salmon, one of the founders of the house. Produced from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards, it blends 53% Pinot Noir with 47% Chardonnay and is aged for approximately 115 months on the lees. This elegant Champagne displays remarkable depth, fine bubbles and a refined mineral character, with expressive notes of wild strawberry, rose petal, blood orange, red cherry, gentle spice and toasted brioche. The palate is vibrant and structured, finishing with excellent freshness, chalky minerality and impressive length.
