A hint of violet to the fresh blue and purple fruit. Subtle balsamic notes with moss, black pepper and dark raspberries. This is juicy and supple on the palate with fine, chalky tannins and a long, delineated finish. Very well-poised with excellent depth, too. Already delicious now, but can hold for five to six years at least.
