Description
Barruol Lynch Hermitage La Pierrelle 2022 is a refined Northern Rhône Syrah from the famed Hermitage appellation. Sourced from the La Pierrelle lieu-dit on the Hermitage hill, it emphasizes freshness, floral aromatics, mineral character and finesse rather than sheer power. The cuvée is produced by Louis Barruol in partnership with Kermit Lynch.
Testing Note
Fresh and floral in style, with dark berry fruit, pepper, savory notes and pronounced mineral character. The palate is focused and structured, with fine tannins, freshness and a long, elegant finish. The La Pierrelle rouge is particularly known for restraint and finesse within Hermitage.
