      Champagne Ayala Le Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut is a vintage Champagne made entirely from Chardonnay grown in selected Grand Cru and Premier Cru villages across the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims. Extended lees ageing develops a creamy texture and delicate pastry complexity while preserving Ayala’s characteristic freshness, purity and chalky minerality. The current A/19 release comes from the 2019 harvest and combines six crus: Chouilly, Cramant, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Cuis and Vaudemange.

      Bright appearance with very fine, energetic bubbles. Elegant aromas of pear, grapefruit, jasmine and honey lead to an open, vibrant palate with blood orange, delicate pastry, subtle bitterness and a long, chalky mineral finish.
