Arak Brun 5 Year Old Special Reserve is the extended-aged expression of Domaine des Tourelles' traditional Lebanese arak. Produced in the Bekaa Valley, the grape-based spirit is redistilled with anise and then matured for five years in traditional clay jars. The longer aging period is designed to soften the high-proof spirit and produce a rounder, more refined texture than the classic one-year release. Aromatic anise remains central, supported by herbal, citrus and subtle earthy notes. Bottled at 55% ABV, this special reserve is concentrated yet smooth and is traditionally served diluted with chilled water.
