      Antinori Napa Valley Proficio 2021 is the estate’s flagship red wine from Napa Valley, crafted from mountain vineyards on Atlas Peak. It is produced only in select vintages and combines Cabernet Sauvignon power with Cabernet Franc perfume and freshness. The wine is concentrated and polished, showing dark fruit, floral notes, graphite, spice, tobacco and dark chocolate, with velvety tannins and a long finish.

       

      Aromas of black raspberry, cassis, violet, cinnamon, clove and black pepper are layered with dark chocolate, tobacco, anise and graphite. The palate is full-bodied and concentrated with silky, ultra-fine tannins, balanced acidity and a long, mineral-driven finish.
