Andrea Felici Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore is a refined Italian white wine produced from high-elevation vineyards in the Marche region. Fermentation takes place in concrete vats and stainless-steel tanks, followed by extended lees aging that adds texture and complexity. The wine is bright, dry, and mineral-driven, showing fresh citrus, white flowers, orchard fruit, saline notes, and Verdicchio’s characteristic gently almond-like finish. It is an excellent pairing with seafood, grilled fish, shellfish, fresh cheeses, risotto, and light pasta dishes.
