Alpha Omega Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 750 ML

There are fewer than 3,600 cases of the "entry-level" 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon, a blend of 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Cabernet Franc, 3% Petit Verdot and 2% each Malbec and Merlot. Sourced from across the length and breadth of the valley, it offers up scents of camphor, dark loam, black cherries and cassis. It's medium to full-bodied, richly concentrated and velvety in texture, with a lingering finish that's tinged with hints of dried herbs, mocha and nut skin.
