Aerolite Lyndsay, an anagram of the words 'ten year old Islay', was the first release from independent bottler Character of Islay Whisky Company, a sister company to That Boutique-y Whisky Company. A peated single malt distilled at an undisclosed distillery on Islay and matured for 10 years in a combination of bourbon barrels and Spanish oak sherry quarter casks. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%.
