Ad Ripa RSW Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 750 ML
Ad Ripa RSW Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 is a refined, limited-production red wine from the Happy Canyon of Santa Barbara. Made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grown on steep, west-facing slopes with river-cobble soils, it offers aromas of ripe blackberry, red currant, crushed stone, mint, tobacco and earthy spice. The palate is elegant and structured, combining vibrant fruit with fine, persistent tannins and a long, mineral-driven finish. Aged for 20 months in French oak barrels and bottled unfined and unfiltered, this Cabernet can benefit from decanting or additional cellar aging.
