Domaine A.F. Gros Moulin a Vent En Mortperay 2023 is a structured and elegant Cru Beaujolais produced entirely from Gamay. The fruit comes from a 3.8-hectare parcel in Moulin a Vent, planted on sandy granite soils. The wine undergoes whole-cluster traditional fermentation and is matured for approximately eight to nine months in large oak foudres and older barrels. It combines ripe red and dark fruit with floral, earthy and mineral nuances, offering greater depth and ageing potential than a typical light Beaujolais.
